Open to high school seniors who are committed to their communities
through volunteer service, education, and family involvement. Applicants
must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. For use at vocational,
technical, 2 or 4 year schools. Applications will be accepted postmarked
from August 1 through November 1. Primarily based on applicants
community volunteer hours and volunteer leadership awards and honors.
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Recipients will be notified on or about
February 15. Employees of Target, Dayton Hudson Corp., Citizens'
Scholarship Foundation of America, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising
and promotion agencies, and their spouses, parents, children, siblings (and
their spouses), and persons living in the same households of employees
are not eligible to apply.
